Qualitative Project Assistant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee qualitative projects and support the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery that meets client expectations.

• Collaborate with respondents, vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies.

• Assess the quality of deliverables before they are submitted to the client.

• Recruit respondents in their native language, utilizing both panels and independent sourcing methods.

• Contact, confirm, and re-evaluate respondents who took part in an online screener.

• Finalize internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets for Project Managers.

• Manage and supervise vendors assigned to qualitative projects.

• Evaluate vendor deliverables.

• Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers and oversee progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Foster and enhance relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research.

• Act as a liaison with clients on behalf of Project Managers when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Experience in market research is preferred, particularly in the medical or healthcare sector.

• Business fluency in both German and English.

• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to prioritize and adjust priorities throughout the day.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Capability to quickly learn new technologies and software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

• CV must be submitted in English.

• Must confirm whether registered or willing to register with the state or national tax department as a self-employed contractor or freelancer, or establish a personal limited company to work as a contractor.
