Qlik Cloud Data Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing Qlik Sense and Qlik Cloud.

• Establish and sustain automated reporting and distribution workflows using Qlik NPrinting.

• Employ SQL to extract, transform, analyze, and validate extensive and intricate datasets.

• Work alongside business teams to comprehend challenges and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Convert business requirements into analytical solutions and data visualizations.

• Examine current processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven enhancements.

• Assist decision-makers by providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote the adoption and business value of analytics solutions.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of reporting and analytical capabilities within client settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant educational background in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in roles such as Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical positions.

• Strong background in delivering analytics and reporting solutions within business contexts.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Possession of Portuguese or European citizenship, or a valid work permit for Portugal.

• Significant hands-on experience with Qlik Sense.

• Solid expertise in SQL, particularly with large and complex datasets.

• Experience in designing and developing analytical dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Prior experience in publishing, managing, and maintaining analytics applications in Qlik Cloud environments.

• Familiarity with Qlik NPrinting for report generation, scheduling, distribution, and burst reporting.

• Ability to independently analyze data and reveal pertinent business insights.

• Knowledge of Power BI is considered a strong asset.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to business users.

• Experience working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical and value-driven solutions.

• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.

• Exposure to international projects or multicultural teams is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and/or other BI platforms is a plus.

• Experience supporting logistics, operations, or supply chain transformation initiatives is a nice-to-have.
