This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct activities associated with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)

• Create and assess procedures

• Evaluate risks and ensure legal compliance

• Recognize hazards and assess environmental impacts

• Establish control measures

• Assist with audits, inspections, training sessions, awareness campaigns, and emergency drills

• Oversee nonconformities, deviations, anomalies, and action plans

• Manage KPIs, PPE, and QHSE obligations for suppliers and contracts

• Facilitate the rollout of QHSE programs, projects, and ongoing process improvement initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Advanced degree or MBA in QHSE/HSE Management, or a specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC)

• Proven experience in QHSE/HSE within the oil and gas sector

• Essential knowledge of HSE legislation, Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), management of legal requirements, risk identification and analysis, audits and inspections, management of nonconformities, deviations and action plans, incident investigation, HSE KPIs, and preparation of management reports

• Proficiency in corporate systems, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
