QA & Verifications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Perform verification of customer software utilizing the provided technical documentation.

• Generate software builds across different programming languages.

• Detect, diagnose, and resolve build-related issues while ensuring that the software adheres to quality standards.

• Execute end-to-end testing of application features across a variety of scenarios.

• Employ both manual and automated testing techniques to validate functionality.

• Identify, document, and report any bugs or inconsistencies found.

• Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to comprehend build processes and dependencies.

• Communicate with team members and clients to grasp requirements and provide progress updates.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and programming languages pertinent to software verification.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of verification processes and practices.

• Assist in maintaining the reliability, accuracy, and performance of Codekeeper systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with the fundamentals of Linux, Windows, and Mac environments.

• Basic understanding of backend programming languages such as Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP.

• Previous experience or knowledge of database and server configuration, including MongoDB, SQL, and MySQL.

• Prior experience or understanding of Git version control.

• Fundamental knowledge of front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Basic understanding of AWS technologies.

• Basic knowledge of API configuration.

• Experience with build tools like msbuild, webpack, maven, and similar utilities.

• Proficiency in various programming languages and software development tools.

• Capability to analyze technical documentation and identify key requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve intricate software issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to adapt to different programming environments and rapidly learn new technologies.

• Strong team player skills in cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Over 3 years of development/DevOps experience is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of front-end, AWS, API configuration, and build tools is beneficial.
