QA Tester – Oracle Core Banking Cloud, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle Core Banking Cloud implementations.

• Assess payment workflows, transaction processing, interfaces, and integrations.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across banking applications.

• Identify, document, and monitor software defects until resolved.

• Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project stakeholders to ensure the quality of applications.

• Verify API functionality and backend data processing.

• Assist with UAT activities and validation efforts in production.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Ensure that applications fulfill business, compliance, and operational requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.

• Extensive experience in testing Payments platforms and payment processing systems.

• Previous experience supporting clients in banking or financial services is preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle Core Banking Cloud solutions is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of payment rails, transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation workflows.

• Proven experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

• Experience in validating APIs, interfaces, and data flows between banking systems.

• Proficient with defect tracking and test management tools.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation capabilities.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote team settings.

• Experience testing ACH, Wire, RTP, SWIFT, ISO 20022, or similar payment systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of Oracle banking products and financial transaction systems.

• Experience testing cloud-based banking applications.

• Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.

• Proficient in SQL for backend data validation.
