This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze proposed product performance claims to ensure they meet industry, regulatory, and company standards.

• Confirm the accuracy of claimed product features and benefits through the examination of clinical studies, technical data sheets, and testing reports.

• Advise vendors on necessary claim support and ensure that approved claims are consistent with the provided substantiation.

• Collaborate with the Legal department to ensure adherence to FTC regulations, truth-in-advertising standards, and customer experience expectations.

• Offer technical guidance, training, and support for corrective actions driven by root-cause analysis.

• Monitor vendor and process performance to identify trends and implement corrective actions and quality assurance process enhancements.

• Assist QVC and HSN in the review and determination of product performance claims for approval or rejection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting complex technical documents, clinical studies, and large datasets to evaluate product performance claims.

• A strong background in the beauty industry is preferred.

• Thorough understanding of performance claim substantiation methods, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, including FTC, FDA, CPSC, and Prop 65.

• A solid foundation in quality or technical environments.

• Over 5 years of experience applying quality standards and comprehending how product claims and features influence customer experience.

• Technical certification or a relevant degree is preferred, ideally in the physical or natural sciences.

• Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia.
