QA Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Plan, construct, and manage an end-to-end continuous testing process from concept to production.

• Design and orchestrate Claude AI agents at various stages of testing.

• Define the roles of AI agents in requirements analysis, test case generation, code reviews, and automation runs.

• Participate in manual and exploratory testing as necessary.

• Serve as a liaison between product management, developers, and AI tools.

• Lead the quality culture without direct supervisory responsibility.

• Ensure quality is embedded in all stages of the workflow.

• Enhance the quality assurance of the DomaCare software solution in the social and healthcare sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical background and programming skills.

• Understanding of software architecture and the ability to read and comprehend code, such as Java.

• Extensive experience in software testing and test automation.

• Experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role is preferred.

• Familiarity with continuous testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLM models, particularly Anthropic Claude.

• Proficiency in prompting, iterating, and designing AI workflows.

• Utilization of developer tools, logs, and manual testing in problem-solving scenarios.

• Systematic thinking and the ability to identify areas where AI agents can add value.

• Fluent spoken and written proficiency in both Finnish and English.
