This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.
• Provide strategic direction for workforce development, quality assurance, training, and AI readiness throughout Revenue Cycle service delivery operations.
• Lead enterprise functions that support Accounts Receivable, Clinical Denials, Appeals, Complex Claims, and other related Revenue Cycle services.
• Establish scalable training and quality strategies, standardized learning methodologies, audit and quality governance, competency frameworks, and initiatives for AI adoption.
• Oversee managers, supervisors, trainers, quality professionals, and various workforce enablement resources.
• Collaborate with operational, business intelligence, technology, and quality leaders to ensure talent development and quality programs align with organizational priorities, client expectations, and AI-enhanced healthcare operations.
• Direct enterprise quality assurance programs that support Billing, Accounts Receivable, Clinical Denials, Appeals, Complex Claims, and associated Revenue Cycle functions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance enterprise learning and workforce development programs.
• Spearhead AI readiness and workforce adoption initiatives for authorized AI-enabled tools and technologies.
• Identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analyses, and implement targeted training, quality, and remediation strategies.
• Analyze quality, training, and operational outcomes to spot trends and minimize defects and rework while enhancing quality, productivity, employee proficiency, and client service.
• Report to the SVP, Quality & Intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Quality Assurance, Training, Operational Excellence, or Workforce Development.
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing leaders, supervisors, managers, or functional teams.
• Proven expertise in Accounts Receivable Management.
• Proven expertise in Clinical Denials and Appeals.
• Proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Operations.
• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance Programs.
• Proven expertise in Learning and Development.
• Proven expertise in Workforce Performance Improvement.
• Must present a valid government-issued photo ID during screening and/or interviews.
• Must consent to photograph capture during the screening or interview process for identity verification, security, and record-keeping purposes.
