QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing on web interfaces and backend APIs to guarantee high-quality, bug-free features.

• Develop and uphold clear, organized test cases and test scenarios.

• Generate clear and reproducible bug reports.

• Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements, validate fixes, and ensure seamless releases.

• Keep the team informed about the status of testing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in software QA testing.

• Strong comprehension of testing fundamentals, including the creation of test cases, bug tracking, and regression testing.

• Experience in web testing across various browsers and responsive environments.

• Practical experience with backend API testing using Postman or similar tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying edge cases and UI inconsistencies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively documenting and explaining bug reports.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with developers and the product team.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Basic knowledge of test automation concepts or frameworks (considered a plus, though not the main emphasis).

• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or ClickUp.

• Familiarity with database queries and foundational SQL for data verification.
