This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and improve scalable automated testing frameworks across Salesforce and related business systems.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive testing strategies that strike a balance between automation, exploratory, and manual testing.
• Take ownership of test management processes and ensure that test coverage aligns with business requirements and release goals.
• Integrate automated validation into deployment pipelines.
• Work collaboratively with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Broaden and sustain regression coverage as platforms and business processes progress.
• Assess integrations and data flow between Salesforce and interconnected technologies.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and monitor defects until resolution.
• Develop robust practices for test data and environment management.
• Provide release-readiness reporting and quality insights to stakeholders.
• Assess emerging testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Mitigate production issues, minimize risk, and enhance the reliability and scalability of revenue and business systems.
• Proven expertise in quality engineering encompassing both automated and manual testing.
• Significant experience in managing test plans, execution tracking, reporting, and release validation using enterprise test management platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design test strategies for intricate business applications and workflows.
• Strong background in Salesforce testing and contemporary automation tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform configuration concepts and business process automation.
• Experience in validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system interactions.
• Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Capability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern scripting or programming languages.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, risk assessment, and quality best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings in business-relevant terms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder are preferred.
• Experience in testing marketing automation, event management, or revenue technology platforms is preferred.
• Experience in establishing or scaling quality engineering and automation programs within expanding organizations is preferred.
