QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Replicate reported issues and verify fixes

• Validate acceptance criteria and document comprehensive test evidence

• Conduct both manual and automated regression and impact testing

• Perform regression and smoke testing for patches, configuration modifications, and maintenance releases

• Log, monitor, retest, and communicate defect status and associated risks using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or TestRail

• Create and maintain reusable regression test packs and incident-driven test scenarios

• Validate vendor fixes and liaise with support teams

• Serve as the quality checkpoint between Tier 2 fixes and production stability

• Mitigate repeat incidents, diminish rework, and facilitate clean releases across SaaS, .NET, and SharePoint applications

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in QA/testing within enterprise environments

• Preference for candidates with production/operational support experience

• Strong proficiency in manual and automation testing for defect validation and release cycles

• Practical experience in maintaining/updating automation scripts created by oneself or others

• Experience in developing automation scripts from the ground up

• Familiarity with testing custom .NET and/or Microsoft SharePoint applications

• Understanding of vendor-supported SaaS applications, including validation of vendor fixes and collaboration with support teams

• Proficient in using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or TestRail

• Experience in writing, updating, debugging, and executing automation scripts

• Knowledge of Playwright-TypeScript, Selenium-Java, Eclipse, and/or VS Code

• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to deliver stakeholder-ready reports

• Experience in managing a team of QAs is a plus

• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow is advantageous

• Experience in structured release and support environments

• Must be available to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

• Candidates must be based in India
