This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Evaluate the functionality, reliability, usability, and regression aspects of Keeper’s web-based Admin Console applications.
• Confirm the accuracy of backend APIs that support console functions using Postman or similar tools.
• Develop, execute, and uphold test cases based on product specifications, technical documents, and user narratives.
• Assess enterprise administrative workflows, including authentication, authorization, permissions, and role-based access controls.
• Conduct cross-browser testing across supported desktop web browsers.
• Replicate, document, and track defects with precise technical details and reproduction steps.
• Maintain test coverage and execution outcomes using TestRail, Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.
• Work collaboratively with developers, Product, and QA team members to pinpoint issues and validate solutions.
• Engage in requirement reviews, release validations, and regression testing processes.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and propose improvements to QA processes and testing strategies.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude or ChatGPT to enhance test design, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, web application testing, or a related QA position.
• Hands-on experience in testing enterprise web applications, administrative consoles, or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary browser functionalities.
• Proven experience in validating backend APIs using Postman or similar API testing applications.
• Strong grasp of concepts related to authentication, authorization, permissions, and role-based access control.
• Proficient in creating clear, detailed, and reproducible test cases and defect reports.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or other test and defect management systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, and QA teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise identity technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, or similar systems.
• Willingness and ability to effectively utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance testing, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.
• Candidates must qualify as a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• Preferred: Experience in testing identity, cybersecurity, or security-sensitive enterprise applications.
• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Preferred: Exposure to identity and access management protocols such as SAML, SCIM, or SSO.
• Preferred: Knowledge of virtualization or containerization tools such as Docker or VMware.
• Preferred: Experience with automated web or API testing tools.
