Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python backend systems, data pipelines, and microservices for internal platforms and client technology transformations.

• Create, deploy, and document fast, secure RESTful APIs and asynchronous services utilizing FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

• Manage, data-model, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to ensure low latency, high throughput, and reliable data integrity.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, AI/DevOps experts, and project managers to convert business logic into scalable automated processes.

• Address system bottlenecks effectively.

• Implement security protocols and supervise CI/CD release pipelines.

• Develop automated unit and integration tests using pytest.

• Perform ongoing performance profiling to guarantee uptime.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a Python Developer role.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates scalable backend services, asynchronous APIs, and robust data or automation pipelines.

• Advanced expertise in Python 3.

• Proficiency in FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

• Solid grasp of asynchronous programming, including asyncio and Celery.

• Extensive knowledge of database architecture, query optimization, ORM tools, and caching layers.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or comparable relational and NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with Docker, Git/GitHub, and microservices architecture.

• Capability to produce clean, modular, scalable, and PEP 8-compliant code.

• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple development streams, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with remote teams.

• Previous experience with tech companies, marketing agencies, enterprise platform integrations, automated AI workflows, or LLM API integrations is a plus.
