Punjabi Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models in various linguistic scenarios

• Ensure factual accuracy and logical coherence

• Record reproducible error traces

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Document model failure modes to enhance reasoning capabilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Punjabi (Gurumukhi) language

• In-depth knowledge of Punjabi grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics

• Capability to evaluate dialectal variations, formal versus informal language, Punjabi script, translation precision, semantic ambiguities, and cultural contexts

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your thought process

• A Master’s or PhD in Punjabi language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred

• Relevant peer-reviewed publications, translation experience, or direct involvement in linguistic analysis projects are indicators of suitability
