Public Relations, Online Reputation Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Safeguard, enhance, and advocate for CXM's global brand image.

• Oversee CXM's public relations and online reputation management efforts.

• Track brand sentiment, online mentions, customer reviews, and potential reputational threats.

• Organize PR communications, media relations, corporate announcements, and initiatives to boost brand visibility.

• Administer the Company's involvement in relevant events and exhibitions.

• Coordinate industry awards, rankings, certifications, and other recognition programs.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Compliance, regional teams, and external stakeholders.

• Generate monthly performance reports detailing BrandAnalytics outcomes, identified risks, completed tasks, and priorities for the upcoming month.

• Escalate a minimum of 95% of critical negative mentions within four working hours.

• Address priority reviews within two working days.

• Attain at least three industry awards, rankings, certifications, or other notable recognitions annually for CXM Group.

• Proven experience in managing public relations and online reputation activities.

• Skilled in tracking brand sentiment, online mentions, customer reviews, and reputational risks.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating PR communications, media relations, corporate announcements, and brand visibility initiatives.

• Background in managing participation in events and exhibitions.

• Experience in coordinating industry awards, rankings, certifications, and recognition initiatives.

• Ability to collaborate across various functions, including Marketing, Business Development, Compliance, regional teams, and external partners.

• Proficient in preparing regular performance reports that cover reputation, PR activities, risks, events, awards, and priorities.
