Public Procurement Legal Counsel – Nuclear

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Prepare administrative documents for Tender Packages (DCEs)

• Provide guidance to departments on public procurement protocols

• Evaluate reports and ensure bid compliance

• Support negotiations for streamlined procurement processes

• Review and disseminate Tender Packages and public procurement announcements

• Assess applicant and bidder submissions

• Offer legal secretariat assistance to the Procurement Advisory Committee

• Oversee the procurement process until contract execution

• Perform legal oversight in the area of public procurement

• Distribute legal updates to stakeholders involved in the supplier selection process

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's level postgraduate legal qualification is preferred

• Extensive experience as a Public Procurement Legal Counsel

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities

• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
