PT Financial Coach – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Facilitate 30-minute individual virtual coaching sessions with members.

• Address topics such as budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investment education, insurance fundamentals, and home purchasing.

• Deliver impartial financial education without promoting financial products.

• Customize each session according to the member's objectives, circumstances, and starting position.

• Briefly record the subjects discussed after each session.

• Uphold member confidentiality at all times.

• Select coaching subjects and hours that accommodate your schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education.

• Knowledge of financial systems in Bulgaria.

• Proficient understanding of budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement, investing, insurance, and/or home buying.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and Slavic languages.

• Moderate technical skills — capable of independently utilizing a computer, basic software applications, and a CRM system to document sessions.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional environment for conducting sessions.

• Certification in financial coaching or planning (CFP, CPA, CFA, licensed financial planner/bank wealth manager, or similar) — preferred.

• Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds and financial situations — preferred.

• Ability to submit a concise cover letter, resume or CV, and relevant certifications.

• May need to pass a drug test and standard background check.
