This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct 30-minute individualized virtual coaching sessions with members.

• Address topics such as budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investment education, insurance fundamentals, and home purchasing.

• Offer impartial financial education without promoting financial products.

• Customize each session according to the member’s objectives, circumstances, and starting point.

• Summarize the subjects discussed after each session.

• Ensure the confidentiality of members.

• Select coaching topics based on your strongest areas of expertise.

• Establish your availability and work with a flexible schedule.

• Include a cover letter, resume or CV, and pertinent certifications when applying.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education.

• Knowledge of financial systems in Brazil.

• Proficient understanding of budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement, investing, insurance, and/or home buying.

• Capability to articulate financial concepts in simple, clear language.

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Portuguese.

• Moderate technical skills, including independent computer usage, basic software applications, and familiarity with a CRM system.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• A quiet, professional environment to conduct sessions.

• Display warmth, empathy, and professionalism.

• Certification in financial coaching or planning is preferred, such as CFP, CPA, CFA, licensed financial planner/bank wealth manager, or similar credentials.

• Experience in coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds and financial situations is a plus.
