PSYPACT Licensed Psychologist – Remote Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide virtual individual and couples therapy based on evidence for adult healthcare professionals.

• Conduct confidential teletherapy sessions using a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

• Offer treatment to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes within the EHR system.

• Utilize measurement-based tools such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to track progress and enhance outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method.

• Arrange an exploratory video call with a Talent Acquisition partner as the subsequent step in the application process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Independent licensure as a Licensed Psychologist in a PSYPACT participating state.

• Active PSYPACT credentials permitting telehealth services across PSYPACT states.

• Training and experience in couples therapy.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults and couples.

• Experience delivering therapy to healthcare professionals, mental health workers, and/or first responders.

• Availability for at least 10 hours each week.

• Comfort in providing individual and couples therapy via video platforms.

• Familiarity with EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to utilize assessment and measurement-based tools such as PHQ-9.

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method.
