Psychology Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with advanced language models regarding diagnostic scenarios and theoretical inquiries in psychology.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the validity of reasoning.

• Document reproducible error traces and identify model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Contribute to the training of AI systems designed to facilitate scientific discovery, education, and clinical mental health practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of psychology, including cognitive psychology, clinical psychology, behavioral neuroscience, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, personality theory, and social psychology.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology or a closely related behavioral science discipline is preferred.

• Experience in peer-reviewed publications, clinical practice, or applied research indicates suitability for the role.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to articulate your reasoning process.

• Proficiency in cognitive biases, therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT, psychological assessment tools, psychometric theory, neurodevelopmental disorders, psychological statistics, and human motivation.
