Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for adults, children, and adolescents focusing on mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders.

• Conduct family therapy and educational sessions for families.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to execute treatment plans effectively.

• Utilize a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and adhere to established protocols for conducting sessions.

• Complete necessary clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities, including treatment plans, therapy progress notes, group notes, aftercare plans, and discharge summaries.

• Maintain ongoing communication with patients' outpatient community providers.

• Perform thorough psychosocial, self-harm, pain, and suicide assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear and measurable objectives.

• Design therapeutic treatment agreements or behavioral support plans as required.

• Organize therapeutic team meetings with patients to discuss their concerns.

• Participate in treatment team meetings and rounds to ensure coordinated patient care.

• May offer training and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from an APA Accredited program.

• Currently licensed as a Psychologist in a Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) State.

• Possesses Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) credential.

• Successfully passed the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP).

• At least 2-4 years of experience in providing psychotherapy.

• Ability to adapt easily between various group assignments, service lines, and age groups – demonstrating flexibility.

• Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills for working within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Engaging demeanor and adeptness in managing video interactions effectively.

• Familiarity with or the capability to quickly learn necessary technology, including video meeting platforms, EMHR, and other software applications.
