This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct video consultations and engage with patients via telemedicine.

• Evaluate, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication when clinically appropriate.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's requirements.

• Collaborate on treatment planning and care delivery with BetterHelp’s network of licensed therapists.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care while adhering to BetterHelp’s clinical and service standards.

• Offer feedback to product, engineering, and operations teams to enhance the provider and patient experience.

• Make clinical decisions autonomously in compliance with relevant state telehealth laws, regulations, and professional standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Psychiatrist.

• An active medical license (MD/DO) in good standing.

• Experience in prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.

• Proficiency in using technology and online tools for virtual care delivery.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on a patient-centered approach.

• Prior telemedicine experience is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with active medical licenses in multiple states.

• Fluency in additional languages is preferred.

• Candidates must be based in the United States.
