This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Perform thorough psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for outpatient clients.
• Deliver medication management and therapeutic services to a varied patient demographic.
• Ensure precise and timely record-keeping in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in psychiatric treatment and research practices.
• Refer patients for psychotherapy when appropriate.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals and interdisciplinary clinical teams to provide holistic treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with legal and ethical requirements.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and rights, focusing on access to psychiatric services and medications.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the relevant state, or a willingness to obtain one.
• Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Board Prepared if within five years post-residency or fellowship.
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration number.
• All other necessary licenses and certifications legally required to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in psychiatric treatment.
• W-2 full-time, W-2 part-time, or 1099 opportunities available.
• Options for in-person, hybrid, or remote work within applicable states.
• Some positions may offer scheduling flexibility for evenings and weekends.
