This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Deliver 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric services.

• Address lower to moderate acuity populations, which include anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.

• Conduct 60-minute intake assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions.

• Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, manage medications, provide psychoeducation, and offer supportive therapy.

• Work without responsibilities related to inpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.

• Engage in collaboration through an integrated care model with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.

• Retain clinical autonomy concerning your schedule, weekly availability, session formats, and patient demographic.

• Make clinical judgments without the pressure to reduce visit lengths or boost patient volume.

• Utilize operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing needs.

• Accurately and efficiently document patient care in electronic medical records.


⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Possess an active, unrestricted license with the authority for autonomous practice.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.

• Demonstrated experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care.

• Skilled in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.

• Experienced in delivering psychoeducation and supportive therapy.

• Comfortable practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based environment.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation.

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Committed to evidence-based practices and ongoing clinical development.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. upon accepting a job offer and completing Form I-9.
