This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient psychiatric services.

• Address lower to moderate acuity cases, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.

• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups.

• Provide thorough psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.

• Oversee scheduling, weekly availability, session structure, and patient demographics within defined clinical standards.

• Make clinical decisions without the pressure to shorten visits or increase patient volume.

• Collaborate within an integrated care framework alongside in-house psychiatrists and therapists.

• Utilize operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Accurately and efficiently document care in electronic medical records.

• Engage in a collaborative, team-oriented care model.


⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.

• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.

• Proven experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.

• Competence in delivering psychoeducation and supportive therapy.

• Comfort in practicing within a fully remote, telepsychiatry framework.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation of care.

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative, team-based approach.

• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. as confirmed through E-Verify following offer acceptance and completion of Form I-9.
