This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Deliver fully remote outpatient psychiatric care.

• Address lower to moderate acuity populations, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.

• Conduct 60-minute intake assessments and 30-minute follow-up appointments.

• Provide thorough psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.

• Make clinical decisions independently without the pressure to shorten visits or increase patient volume.

• Manage your schedule and weekly availability in accordance with established clinical standards.

• Develop a patient population that aligns with your individual criteria and preferences.

• Collaborate within a cohesive care model, utilizing an in-house referral network for psychiatrists and therapists.

• Utilize operational support services for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Engage in a collaborative, team-oriented clinical community.


⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Current, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.

• Proven experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care.

• Skilled in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.

• Experience in delivering psychoeducation and supportive therapy.

• Comfort with practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation of care.

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a collaborative, team-based approach.

• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing clinical development.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required upon acceptance of the offer and completion of Form I-9.
