Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct patient care for medication-assisted treatment (MAT), substance use, and various psychiatric disorders through telemedicine.

• Collaborate closely with the Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to merge medical services with comprehensive support services.

• Foster a mission-driven, proactive, ethical, and collaborative work environment.

• Ensure that medical care and documentation adhere to relevant state and federal laws, regulations, and CARF accreditation standards.

• Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Report directly to the Senior Medical Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in prescribing medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

• Valid DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances.

• Current, active, and unencumbered Georgia Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license.

• Active DEA certification in the state of Georgia.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher.

• Current National Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and handling a variety of tasks as required.
