This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide exceptional, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults.
• Conduct comprehensive 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic assessments.
• Implement Measurement-Based Care within a rapid-access clinical setting.
• Diagnose intricate psychiatric disorders.
• Start and oversee psychopharmacological stabilization.
• Create personalized treatment plans.
• Manage psychiatric conditions using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and alternative non-pharmacologic methods.
• Keep an active intake schedule along with follow-up appointments.
• Identify patients suitable for interventional psychiatry, including TMS/SAINT and Spravato, and initiate necessary referrals.
• Ensure accurate medical record maintenance in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Collaborate in real-time with the Care Coordination team and other clinical staff.
• Participate in clinical consultations, receive constructive feedback, and enhance care quality.
• Direct patients into appropriate care pathways.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
• Board certification as a PMHNP from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
• Active DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in California.
• Strong preference for familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation).
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment with dynamic scheduling and efficient care coordination workflows.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
