This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Perform comprehensive 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for adults and seniors.
β’ Deliver evidence-based interventions for mental health disorders.
β’ Create tailored treatment plans for individuals.
β’ Manage psychiatric conditions through psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and various non-pharmacological methods.
β’ Maintain a proactive intake schedule complemented by follow-up appointments.
β’ Employ measurement-based care tools effectively.
β’ Work in collaboration with care coordination and other clinical team members.
β’ Identify suitable patients for interventional psychiatry, including TMS/SAINT and Spravato, and initiate referrals accordingly.
β’ Keep precise medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
β’ Participate in clinical consultations, accept feedback, and enhance care practices.
β’ Diagnose intricate psychiatric conditions and commence monitoring of psychopharmacological stabilization.
β’ Direct patients into suitable care pathways.
β’ Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
β’ Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
β’ Current DEA registration.
β’ Valid BLS certification.
β’ Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license and NP furnishing number in California.
β’ NP103 status is preferred, though not mandatory.
β’ Strong familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry techniques, including TMS, esketamine/Spravato, and accelerated neurostimulation is highly preferred.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume intake setting with dynamic scheduling and tight care coordination workflows.
β’ Legally permitted to work in the United States.
β’ Must have or not require future sponsorship, as specified in the application form.
