Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Perform initial assessments with clients.

• Collaboratively create treatment plans that may include medication, therapy, or both.

• Actively follow up with clients at least once a month to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and ongoing care.

• Provide continued care until the treatment objectives are met.

• Offer tele-psychiatric consultations for clients located in New Jersey.

• Deliver various forms of talk therapy.

• Develop a personal schedule within Lavender's operational hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).

• Current New Jersey Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.

• ANCC Board Certification.

• DEA Certification.

• Over two years of experience in adult mental health.

• Strong assessment capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

• Ambitious and client-focused work ethic.

• Must possess a personal computer and a quiet, professional environment for tele-psychiatry sessions.

• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week.

• Willingness to work within operational hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

• Comfortable providing a variety of talk therapy modalities.

• Comfortable conducting both medication and therapy sessions.
