Psychiatric Nurse Manager – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and enhance Seven Starling’s medical program

• Supervise a team of 40–60 contract and W2 PMHNPs through regular check-ins, group consultations, and management of quality and compliance

• Lead efforts in provider recruitment and hiring, which includes interviewing candidates, assisting with hiring decisions, and overseeing onboarding processes

• Create and implement training programs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care

• Perform quality assurance through chart reviews, performance tracking, and the development of improvement plans

• Implement retention strategies aimed at fostering satisfaction, engagement, and professional growth within the medical team

• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer on strategic initiatives and operational enhancements

• Work alongside Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to elevate the medical experience for both patients and providers

• Provide up to 5 hours of direct patient care each week

• Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical management experience, ideally with remote healthcare teams

• Specialized knowledge in women’s mental health, encompassing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), menopause, perimenopause, and associated mental health concerns—assessment, diagnosis, and medication management

• Proven experience in provider recruitment, training, and team development

• Background in quality improvement and performance management

• Experience thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Ability to monitor KPIs, recognize improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives

• Proficiency with virtual platforms and electronic health records

• Willingness to learn new programs
