Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Women's Health – Telehealth Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive and holistic psychiatric care to patients during the perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal stages through a fully remote telehealth model.

• Collaborate with the client's Seven Starling therapist within a care framework that emphasizes clinical quality.

• Maintain an average of 5–10 patient-facing hours weekly.

• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and follow-up appointments lasting 20–30 minutes, utilizing clinical judgment to assess the appropriate duration of each session.

• Adapt and evolve within an early-stage startup by contributing to the development of workflows and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Board Certified PMHNP license in good standing.

• Preference given to candidates with at least 3 additional state licenses in Seven Starling's current or upcoming markets.

• RN Compact licensure preferred.

• A minimum of one year of experience as a PMHNP with the perinatal population.

• Experience with perimenopause patients.

• At least 6 months of experience in telehealth.

• Strong understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations pertinent to the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal phases.

• Application of evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and direct clinical care.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility and a desire to grow within an early-stage startup while delivering high-quality mental health care.

• Proficiency and comfort with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite.

• Willingness to efficiently learn new programs.

• No DEA registration required, as this role does not involve prescribing controlled substances.
