Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough and holistic psychiatric care to patients during the perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal stages through a fully remote telehealth platform.

• Operate within a care model that emphasizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.

• Commit to an average of 5–10 hours per week in a 1099 contract position.

• Perform 60-minute intake sessions and 20–30-minute follow-ups, utilizing clinical judgment to assess the appropriate duration for each session.

• Adapt and thrive within an early-stage startup environment while contributing to the development of workflows and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Board Certified CA (California) PMHNP license in good standing.

• Preference will be given to applicants with at least 3 additional state licenses in open or upcoming markets.

• RN Compact licensure is preferred.

• DEA registration is not required.

• A minimum of one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.

• At least 6 months of experience in telehealth.

• A solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations relevant to the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal periods.

• Foundation in evidence-based practices to shape treatment plans and direct clinical care.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to adapt and a drive to grow within an early-stage startup.

• Competence and comfort with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite.

• Willingness to efficiently learn new programs.
