This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
β’ Conduct initial visits through telehealth, encompassing psychiatric diagnostic evaluations (CPT 90791) or E/M visits.
β’ Establish a diagnosis, determine medical necessity, and create a care plan that supports PIN-PS navigation services.
β’ Document each visit in the EHR within 48 hours, adhering to clean, billable standards.
β’ Obtain and document patient consent for navigation services where necessary.
β’ Act as the billing practitioner of record for enrolled patients.
β’ Provide general supervision of certified peer support specialists delivering navigation services in conjunction with the practitioner's services.
β’ Conduct clinically appropriate follow-up visits that are mutually agreed upon.
β’ Collaborate with quality assurance, audit, and payer compliance activities.
β’ Remain available as a supervising clinician while peer specialists continue to provide ongoing navigation.
β’ Active, unrestricted APRN/NP licensure in one or more of the following states: Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York.
β’ National board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
β’ Any necessary physician collaboration, supervision, or protocol arrangement required by the relevant state.
β’ Active NPI.
β’ Eligibility to enroll with and reassign benefits to the organization's professional entities for Medicare and Medicaid.
β’ Must have never been excluded from any federal or state healthcare program.
β’ Comfort with providing telehealth care for adults experiencing serious behavioral health conditions.
β’ Value peer support as an integral part of the care team.
β’ Subject to credentialing, exclusion screening, and payer enrollment.
β’ Professional liability coverage is provided at the employer's expense ($1M per claim / $3M aggregate).
β’ Receive 80% of net collections for each service personally rendered.
β’ $5.00 supervision stipend for each supervised patient per month.
β’ Payments made within 30 days after the month payment is received from the funding source.
β’ Full per-service reporting.
β’ Flexible scheduling; practitioners have control over their own schedules.
β’ Non-exclusive engagement, allowing practitioners to maintain other practices.
β’ Support provided for required physician collaboration, supervision, or protocol arrangements.
