This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
β’ Perform initial visits through telehealth, including psychiatric diagnostic evaluations (CPT 90791) or E/M visits.
β’ Establish diagnoses, determine medical necessity, and create care plans for patients entering PIN-PS programs.
β’ Document each visit in the EHR within 48 hours to meet clean, billable standards.
β’ Acquire and document patient consent for navigation services when necessary.
β’ Act as the billing practitioner of record for enrolled patients.
β’ Provide general oversight of certified peer support specialists delivering navigation services related to the practitioner's services.
β’ Conduct clinically indicated and mutually agreed upon follow-up visits.
β’ Collaborate with quality, audit, and payer-compliance initiatives.
β’ Ensure continuity of care during transitions to successor practitioners.
β’ Possession of an active, unrestricted APRN/NP license in one or more of the following states: Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York.
β’ National board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
β’ Compliance with any state-specific requirements for physician collaboration, supervision, or protocol arrangements.
β’ Active NPI number.
β’ Eligibility to enroll with and reassign benefits to the organization's professional entities for both Medicare and Medicaid.
β’ Must not have been excluded from any federal or state healthcare program.
β’ Comfort in providing telehealth care to adults with significant behavioral health conditions.
β’ Value peer support as an integral part of the care team.
β’ Subject to credentialing, exclusion screening, and payer enrollment processes.
β’ Compensation of 80% of net collections for each personally furnished service.
β’ $5.00 supervision stipend for each supervised patient per month.
β’ Professional liability coverage provided at the organization's cost ($1M per claim / $3M aggregate).
β’ Flexible schedule with the ability to manage your own time.
β’ Non-exclusive engagement; practitioners can maintain other practices.
β’ Comprehensive per-service reporting.
β’ Assistance with required physician collaboration, supervision, or protocol arrangements.
