This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Prepare psychometric tests for national police, civil guard, local police, Mossos d'Esquadra, Ertzaintza, military and naval forces, administration, AEAT/customs, postal services, ADIF, Renfe, air traffic controllers, firefighters, port police, metro, EMT, and other public operators.

• Deliver online classes focusing on reasoning, attention, memory, sequences, figures, and other skills.

• Develop exercise sets tailored to the type and difficulty of each examination.

• Design timed mock exams with appropriate format, question count, and real-time constraints.

• Analyze mistakes and create resolution strategies based on the type of exercises.

• Adapt materials to align with new convocations.

• Monitor student progress.

• Produce short videos and guides with tips and methods.

• Collaborate by providing services for specific educational projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in preparing psychometric tests for one or more of the aforementioned examinations.

• Preference will be given to psychologists with experience in psychometric evaluation or selection processes.

• Preference will also be given to civil servants or staff with tenure who have successfully passed the psychometric tests of their own examinations and can teach them.

• Ability to explain resolution strategies, time management, and error analysis.

• Capacity to adjust difficulty and pace to suit each examination and student.

• Ability to teach, support, motivate, and identify obstacles.

• Proficiency with digital tools.

• Regular use of AI is a plus.

• Submission of a 1-minute presentation video as part of the application process.

• Submission of a recorded class lasting no more than 5 minutes along with personal supporting materials prior to the interview.
