This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address routine inquiries from providers regarding schedules, workflows, processes, and operational expectations by utilizing established standard operating procedures and reference materials.
• Manage inbound provider requests through Slack, adhering to predefined service level expectations.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting for common provider platform and login issues by following documented runbooks.
• Direct requests that necessitate action from credentialing, licensing, onboarding, scheduling, same-day call-outs, IT, payroll, and clinical leadership teams to the appropriate internal owner.
• Ensure that providers have received a response or a clear next step, and effectively close the loop on assigned requests.
• Accurately document provider communications, inquiries, and resolutions in the systems of record.
• Follow assigned priorities and shift schedules as instructed, which may include evening and weekend hours.
• Escalate any unfamiliar clinical, quality, licensure, or compliance questions to the manager or designated owner.
• Participate in scheduled OpenLoop holiday coverage.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• 0–1 years of experience in a support, service, administrative, or operations role; exposure to healthcare or telehealth is advantageous but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Possess clear and professional written communication skills with a provider-facing, service-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency; capable of accurately following documented procedures.
• Reliable in terms of attendance, communication, and responsiveness.
• Comfortable with asking questions and escalating matters promptly instead of deviating from established procedures.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Slack.
• Willing to learn ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho Desk) and clinical platforms.
• Able to manage Protected Health Information appropriately and complete HIPAA training.
• Available to work assigned evening and weekend hours (CST).
• Must be able to participate in scheduled holiday coverage.
• Must answer the visa sponsorship question; the position is located in the United States.
