This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Deliver non-clinical administrative assistance to network providers, staff, community stakeholders, state and local agencies, and/or other managed care organizations.
β’ Provide accurate and timely support to network providers via telephone and/or email.
β’ Handle incoming calls for a call center and deliver exceptional customer service.
β’ Connect callers with the appropriate individuals, disseminate information, offer technical support, and respond to inquiries.
β’ Assess emails and calls, directing or transferring questions, concerns, and issues to the relevant Trillium unit or department.
β’ Manage sensitive, confidential, and complex information with professionalism and discretion.
β’ Prepare, process, and evaluate both oral and written documents.
β’ Assist with the creation of informational materials, reports, and special projects.
β’ Address and resolve inquiries, concerns, questions, and complaints from callers.
β’ Conduct general clerical tasks, including scheduling meetings/events, performing research, reporting findings, and documenting meeting minutes.
β’ High School Diploma or GED along with one (1) year of clerical experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Must be a resident of North Carolina.
β’ A valid driverβs license is required.
β’ Ability to travel within the catchment area as needed.
β’ Provider Support Service Line operates from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday β Saturday.
β’ Availability to work weekends, holidays, and/or during disaster events or responses may be necessary.
β’ Preferred: Two (2) years of clerical or direct customer service experience, including at least six (6) months in a call center setting.
β’ Preferred: One (1) year of experience in behavioral or mental health, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, or physical/medical health fields.
β’ All candidates must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
