
Provider Relations Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Formulate the provider relations strategy and annual operational plans in collaboration with the Provider Services Lead.
β’ Convert organizational objectives into measurable targets, roadmaps, KPIs, and staffing/resource plans.
β’ Mentor, assess, and develop Provider Network Representatives.
β’ Create escalation pathways, service levels, templates, and communication protocols.
β’ Manage account relationships for healthcare delivery organizations and independent providers.
β’ Address complex provider concerns and enhance provider satisfaction.
β’ Supervise provider onboarding, training sessions, webinars, portal instruction, EFT setup, credentialing coordination, and directory validation.
β’ Standardize onboarding checklists, timelines, and transitions.
β’ Supervise issues related to claims, credentialing, enrollment, provider data, contracts, and portal assistance.
β’ Handle queues, case aging, obstacles, work distribution, and adherence to SLAs.
β’ Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective measures.
β’ Create dashboards and regular performance reports.
β’ Foster continuous improvement and execute automation or template solutions.
β’ Utilize data insights to prioritize outreach, training, and process improvements.
β’ Collaborate with Provider Data, Credentialing, Contracting, Claims, Finance, Clinical Operations, Communications, and IT departments.
β’ Facilitate provider meetings and cross-functional workgroups.
β’ Ensure compliance, maintain audit-ready documentation, uphold confidentiality, and manage corrective actions.
β’ Communicate status updates, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
β’ Over 3 years of related experience.
β’ Proficiency in account management, key performance indicators (KPI), operational metrics, and problem-solving.
β’ Knowledge of quality compliance.
β’ MBI (T2) public trust requirement.
β’ Capability to work remotely.
β’ Travel requirement of less than 10%.
β’ US citizenship is not mandatory.
β’ Availability for a 40-hour work week.
