This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that providers meet compliance and are approved by the relevant agencies for participation in all scholarship programs.
• Foster a robust culture of service.
• Assist in the onboarding process for all providers.
• Provide support to partner schools as they enroll Step Up students.
• Investigate payment and invoice inquiries.
• Navigate application periods and collaborate with external-facing departments.
• Offer support to partner agencies, including the Department of Education, as necessary.
• Build and maintain essential internal and external working relationships.
• Provide support and assistance to fellow team members.
• Conduct outbound calling projects as required.
• Engage in regular coaching and feedback sessions with the supervisor.
• Comprehend call center metrics and industry benchmarks.
• Assist with special projects, such as AUP, as necessary.
• Occasionally perform school visits or participate in community outreach events.
• Uphold the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of sensitive program data.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and advocate for best practices.
• Report directly to the Manager of Provider Relations.
• Proven success and a strong track record in relevant professional/life experiences, job functions, projects, or industries.
• Military service can be considered as a substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements.
• High school diploma; a college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work across different functions.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in an office environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong skills in customer service and relationship building.
• Attention to detail with experience in maintaining accurate and confidential data.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in computer use, including strong skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required, depending on job responsibilities.
• Must be capable of lifting up to fifteen (15) pounds.
