Provider Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Address and resolve escalated customer concerns related to provider data or processes.

• Perform analysis and research on customer issues that require detailed data investigation.

• Work in conjunction with Fleetworthy operations and providers to outline technical requirements and offer domain expertise.

• Collaborate with Operations, Development, and Product teams to suggest technology solutions and enhance processes.

• Interact with customers as necessary.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a toll or transportation role in a comparable environment (preferred).

• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills with both internal and external customers.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
