Provider Network Onboarding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire provider onboarding process, which encompasses contracting, configuration, testing, going live, and transitioning to operations and maintenance.

• Collaborate with clients and internal engineering teams to outline project scope, requirements, and objectives.

• Create and sustain project plans, action items, status updates, risk logs, and timelines for various concurrent projects.

• Identify and tackle risks and issues, providing solutions and alternatives to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings involving C-suite stakeholders.

• Oversee the transition from sales handoffs through to go-live and ongoing support.

• Develop reporting and metrics to track progress and pinpoint any gaps concerning project objectives.

• Nurture customer relationships throughout the onboarding journey.

• Contribute to the enhancement of the onboarding process through continuous improvement and insights gained from past experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in healthcare technology, health system operations, or enterprise software onboarding.

• At least 3 years of experience working with or alongside Epic implementations, particularly focusing on scheduling workflows within provider organizations.

• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise or large health system project portfolios.

• Proven ability to lead executive-level program updates and presentations.

• Strong understanding of the operational dynamics of provider organizations within Epic environments.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and operational audiences.

• Experience with onboarding provider networks onto a SaaS or healthcare technology platform.

• Familiarity with Epic scheduling workflows and the operations of provider organizations.

• PMP or a similar project management certification.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
