Provider Network Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize demographic information regarding out-of-network providers to strategically recruit for network adequacy based on geographic location, specialty, or member demographics.

• Implement recruiting efforts in specified expansion areas, focusing on population demographics, healthcare needs, and competitor presence.

• Evaluate provider capabilities, workflows, and staffing to ensure compliance with access standards and quality-of-care requirements.

• Create targeted outreach plans to draw in high-quality providers in preferred specialties and locations.

• Engage in daily outreach via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

• Record provider outreach activities and manage provider data within a CRM system.

• Present the network to potential providers and assist new providers throughout the onboarding process.

• Take part in process improvement initiatives.

• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

• Report directly to the Manager of Network Recruitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in provider relations, provider services, or provider recruiting.

• Proven experience working collaboratively across functions to promote growth and expansion in one or more geographical areas.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in a healthcare context (preferred).

• Experience with credentialing processes and credentialing software (preferred).

• Must be a resident of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
