Provider Enrollment Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build, develop, and lead teams of individual contributors.

• Support employees and manage daily operations.

• Establish and oversee regular operational routines.

• Utilize tools and reporting to enhance team performance.

• Train and provide continuous coaching using account-specific metrics, AHT, APT, occupancy, utilization, quality scores, and other performance indicators.

• Engage in client-related activities, including project planning and client calibration sessions.

• Ensure employees comply with company, client, and regulatory policies.

• Collaborate with employees and operational leaders to meet Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Act as a point of escalation.

• Manage escalated calls and customer inquiries.

• Remove barriers, advocate for change, and enhance employee awareness and connection to their work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, healthcare technology and delivery, or MMIS business process outsourcing.

• At least 2 years of experience leading a provider enrollment team.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience with contact center and back-office operations platforms such as CXone, Verint, Avaya, or similar systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to interpret and effectively leverage data to enhance team performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity and judgment to make decisions and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
