Provider Enrollment Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist with provider enrollment and recertification processes to guarantee timely billing and seamless participation with payers.

• Oversee CHAMPS/Medicaid enrollments and recertifications.

• Coordinate re-certifications with commercial payers.

• Ensure provider records are maintained accurately.

• Review and upload necessary documentation to facilitate credentialing operations.

• Track timelines and conduct regular follow-ups with both providers and payers.

• Elevate complex issues as necessary.

• Manage CHAMPS and Medicaid provider enrollments to aid in prompt billing and reimbursement.

• Complete Medicaid and CHAMPS re-certifications in accordance with state mandates and set timelines.

• Administer commercial payer re-certifications, ensuring timely acquisition and submission of required documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferred: Two years of experience in a clinic, business, or medical staff office setting.

• Preferred: One year of experience in Provider Enrollment.
