Provider Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Complete application packets for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and various other governmental provider enrollments, extending beyond California.

• Process non-governmental provider enrollment application packets, also not limited to California.

• Routinely follow up and verify the status of physician enrollment applications.

• Uphold client and physician confidentiality.

• Maintain effective communication and engage in professional interactions with clients and physicians.

• Navigate through governmental and non-governmental websites efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in medical billing and provider enrollment is preferred.

• Proven strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Solid organizational skills.

• Experience with a Revenue Cycle Management firm is preferred.

• Maintain a professional demeanor when responding to physicians and clients.

• Proficient in PC skills, including efficient internet navigation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high quality with a high degree of accuracy.
