Provider Enrollment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of provider enrollment, including reports and workloads to ensure service-level standards are met.

• Provide training and mentorship to the provider enrollment team, offering daily support and guidance.

• Facilitate and assist with provider enrollment activities, including maintenance and revalidation processes.

• Investigate moderately complex inquiries from providers or customers.

• Examine reports and daily transactions to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

• Confirm that work adheres to established policies, procedures, and service-level expectations.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of provider enrollment policies, procedures, and workflows.

• Integrate payer or regulatory updates into daily operations.

• Operate independently while maintaining consistent communication with staff, management, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring the accuracy of provider enrollment information.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment.

• Practical experience in provider enrollment processes, including enrollment, maintenance, and/or revalidation.

• Background in reviewing provider enrollment transactions, reports, or data for accuracy and resolving related inquiries or issues.

• Experience in training, mentoring, or providing process guidance to team members.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with business or provider enrollment systems.

• Candidates must be residents of Idaho.

• Flexibility in scheduling may be necessary depending on business and operational requirements.
