Provider Enrollment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Review, process, and manage applications for healthcare provider enrollment, including updates and supporting documentation.

• Confirm provider demographic details, National Provider Identifier (NPI), Tax Identification Number (TIN), and other information related to enrollment.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in enrollment, missing documentation, and issues related to providers.

• Input, update, and oversee provider information across various systems.

• Achieve established standards for quality, productivity, and turnaround times.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to address enrollment challenges.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

• Assist in California healthcare provider enrollment operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare provider enrollment, provider services, healthcare operations, claims processing, credentialing, or a similar administrative role in healthcare.

• Experience in reviewing and processing information related to healthcare providers, enrollment applications, or provider records.

• Preferred familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, Medi-Cal, managed care, or other healthcare payer operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

• Capability to investigate discrepancies and keep accurate records.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to navigate various systems, handle competing priorities, and meet productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday during Pacific Time business hours.

• Must have a professional, secure, and distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet access.
