This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Assist in strategizing for intricate business transformation priorities.
• Engage in the execution of complex business cases for proposed projects.
• Evaluate feasibility, opportunities, risks, and potential return on investment.
• Implement strategic and policy guidance on designated initiatives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skill sets.
• Gather and assess process data to recommend optimal business practices and procedures.
• Emphasize improved effectiveness, heightened productivity, and cost containment.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholder subject matter experts (SMEs) for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation.
• Ensure end-to-end integrity through final recommendations and execution.
• Develop timely communications for key stakeholders.
• Contribute to presentations at the executive level.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, having led or made significant contributions to large-scale initiatives, is required.
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI is preferred.
• Certification as a Project Manager (IAPM) is preferred.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) is preferred.
• Capability to analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills to implement initiatives.
• Proficiency in collecting and analyzing process data.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation.
