Provider Data Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Recruit and oversee a team of Oscar colleagues, including managing performance, facilitating growth and development, and handling HR administrative responsibilities.

• Oversee team outcomes, review dashboards, monitor operational KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and develop action plans.

• Grasp the daily operations of the team and make volume-based decisions to serve customers effectively.

• Facilitate team huddles and align colleagues with Oscar's mission, vision, and values.

• Offer guidance and motivation to meet daily operational goals.

• Foster team engagement and cultivate an inclusive culture that reflects Oscar's core values.

• Lead and engage in continuous improvement initiatives for a high-performing production team.

• Recognize and address gaps in operational workflows.

• Collaborate with production and other Oscar teams to adopt best practices.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with provider data in a health insurance organization.

• At least 1 year of direct experience in managing people.

• Over 1 year of experience utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.

• More than 1 year of experience collaborating with teams across various locations and disciplines.

• Work in accordance with the Work Location section above.

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement certification (preferred).

• Previous experience in healthcare and/or insurance (preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office (preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience addressing complex inquiries (preferred).

• Over 1 year of project management experience (preferred).
